Communications
By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Services
Nature of Services
Therapeutic services are provided for emotional, relational, and psychological support. Therapy is a collaborative process and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Participation requires active engagement and honesty from all parties involved.
Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as outlined in the practice’s cancellation policy.
Fees & Payment
Fees for services are due as outlined at the time of scheduling. This practice does not accept insurance, and clients are responsible for payment in full. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated prior to services being rendered.
Confidentiality
All services are provided in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable privacy laws. Information shared in sessions is confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
Scope of Care
Therapy is not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Electronic Communication
Electronic communication (including email, text, or telehealth platforms) is used for scheduling and administrative purposes. While reasonable precautions are taken, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed through electronic methods.
Right to Modify Services
This practice reserves the right to modify services, fees, or policies as needed. Clients will be informed of any material changes in advance.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees will be charged if an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before it is scheduled to start.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid for services are non-refundable. Therapy sessions reserve dedicated time and professional resources that cannot be reassigned once scheduled.
If you are unable to attend a session, you may cancel or reschedule in accordance with the practice’s cancellation policy. Fees for missed or late-canceled appointments will not be refunded.
If services are prepaid and you choose to discontinue therapy, any unused sessions remain non-refundable but may be applied to future appointments at the discretion of the practice.
If you have questions about fees or policies, please reach out prior to scheduling. We are happy to clarify expectations so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
